RSM and SCOR Physical Therapy understand that each client has very specific needs to meet their goals. With this in mind we offer several programs to ensure optimal results for each individual.
Physical Therapy: Orthopedic and Sports Therapy, with multiple treatment plans available.
Hand Therapy: Certified Hand Therapists, a physical therapist or occupational therapist with over 5000 hours of treating hand injuries and a national certification board exam deliver specialized treatment strategies for the hand and elbow.
Healthy Balance: A specialized training program to improve balance, gait and prevention of falls.
Worksteps: Employment testing and Functional Capacity Evaluation (RSM location)
Athletic Training: Our Certified Athletic Trainers have been working with high school and collegiate athletic programs for more than 20 years. We provide services to Dana Hills High School, San Clemente High School, Tesoro High School and Trabuco Hills High School.
Wellness: Invest in yourself to keep a healthy lifestyle. This may include massage, personal training, and specialized post rehabilitation programs.
Massage: Our licensed therapist provides massage therapy services as an adjunct to our physical therapy treatments. Services are available as a cash pay both to our patients and the general public.

Our staff will develop a personalized fitness or post rehabilitation program for you. With the changing world of health insurance, benefits may be limited before you have reached your goals. Whether it is weight loss, returning to sport from a knee or shoulder injury, or you are just intimidated by the gym; we can help.
